Marsha has a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Marsha has completed extensive study with the Department of Athletic Training at the University of New Mexico.

Marsha was a personal trainer and group class instructor for nine years with New Mexico Sports and Wellness, New Mexico’s largest fitness corporation, before opening XPAC Fitness Center in 2004.      

Marsha won the personal trainer of the year award five times while working at New Mexico Sports and Wellness and is an experienced bicycle racer, holding many titles and awards. Marsha performed ballet through college and she has competed in body building and fitness challenges.

Marsha bases her program design on scientifically based protocol to meet her clientele’s wide range of needs and goals. Marsha has worked with clients seeking rehabilitation after an injury or stoke, highly fit elite athletes, clients who wish to lose weight, and those who just want to lose a few pounds, gain strength and feel better about themselves.

Marsha's goal is to provide sound training, motivation, healthful nutritional planning, strength and a dramatic body transformation resulting in POWER, AGILITY and a strong CORE.

Eric is an expert in Japanese Jui Jitsu, a certified trainer, pro boxer and coach, and a Pro MMA Fighter and coach. Jui Jitsu is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. Jui Jitsu schools may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e. throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). This study has helped Eric in his MMA fighting and boxing. A class with Eric will help lead to a better understanding of your body and the power you have within. It is also a great self-defense class.
