Eric is an expert in Japanese Jui Jitsu, a certified trainer, pro boxer and coach, and a Pro MMA Fighter and coach. Jui Jitsu is a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. This study has helped Eric in his MMA fighting and boxing. A class with Eric will help lead to a better understanding of your body and the power you have within. It is also a great self-defense class.
